About

Hi, I'm Tim.

Tech grabbed me as a kid, and marketing got me going. I learned early how to build audiences with search and lead generation, and I helped build my first company from its early days. It later became part of a listed group.

A joint venture with Axel Springer followed. Then I bootstrapped a performance-marketing media business, grew it to high profitability without outside capital, and sold it to a listed group in late 2023.

Alongside it I built my family office, Tepass Capital, where my real passion showed: backing companies from pre-idea to growth, and sitting on the board where it helps.

To do founding investments properly, I co-founded MVP Founders. Today my portfolio spans Europe and the US.
